Let's get acquainted

Not sure where to start? Most of my 1:1 work begins with a conversation. A get-acquainted call gives you space to tell me what brought you here, ask your questions, and get a feel for how I work. By the end, we'll both have a sense of whether working together is the right next step.

This call is for anyone considering 1:1 or family support, whether you're planning ahead for your own good death, caring for someone who is dying, or learning to live in the place grief built. It's hard work to face death, dying, and grief, and I will wade into all of it with you.

I'm in Omaha and see clients worldwide by video, and can travel to meet in person.

There's nothing to prepare ahead of time. You're welcome to bring whatever's on your mind, and we'll take it from there.

  • Up to 40 minutes together on Zoom

  • Available times show in your own time zone

  • A brief form to complete when you book, so I can come prepared

  • A confirmation email with your Zoom link, plus reminders two days before and an hour before

  • The Zoom link opens a page with your call details and a button to join

What to expect

To hold your time on my calendar, I ask for a $100 deposit when you book. The call itself is at no cost. Afterward, your deposit can be applied toward future work together, donated to help folks who have financial difficulty accessing my services, or refunded, minus any bank or processing fees.

Changes are free up until 24 hours before we're due to meet, using the link in your confirmation email. If our call doesn't happen as scheduled and I haven't heard from you at least 24 hours ahead, the deposit is mine to keep.

About your deposit

After our call, if it feels like a good fit, I'll follow up with how we can begin.

Have a question first, or looking for something other than 1:1 support? Send me a note.
